What if an upload/download is interrupted?

Although we haven't had any upload/download interruption problems, given the nature of the internet this can sometimes happen. However, you are fully protected:

  • Your original files are never altered.

  • Your credit card is not charged until your files have been successfully and completely uploaded. So if an upload is interrupted, you may just upload once again.

  • When downloading converted files, a link to retry is placed on your desktop. This link is removed only when the download is successful. So if a download is interrupted, you may click this link at any later time (up to one month) to download your files again.

  • If there is any other problem related to your upload, download or conversion, please contact us and we will take care of it.
