Pricing

The charge is $1 per file plus $1 per 50K of data, subject to an order minumum of $15. That's it, no other charges. The exact charge is displayed before you upload your files.

If you would like to email us your files rather than use the online service, please add $25 for manual processing.

Refund Policy

If your files do not convert because of a problem with our server or software, we will reconvert and email them to you, or issue you a prompt refund. However, there is no refund due if the problem lies in the source files themselves (e.g., corrupted files, broken linkages to other files, etc.), or if the specified conversion is not between supported file types.
